I work at All Strata Management and since using Julian and his team for our properties, it has made things so easy and I can’t get over how incredible their reports and assessments are. They’re so quick, efficient and the attention to detail is not something you see often in the industry these days. Even asking for their opinion on a roofing matter, is quick and detailed.

Highly recommend their services, won’t be disappointed.

A huge thank you to Julian. From our first interaction through to completion, the service was professional, reliable, and of the highest quality.

Julian was fantastic to deal with he was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything was completed to a very high standard. He was always happy to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond by providing a detailed response to our builders to further support his recommendations and ensure the best possible outcome.

May 2026 - another very positive experience with Elevate. Julian just completed a comprehensive review and assessment of my roof/down pipes and soak wells with a thorough report showing the outcomes and priorities. Once again Julians response time was quick and the level of customer service was outstanding. He even reduced the amount on the final invoice as the job ended up being more straightforward than originally quoted - this further demonstrates Julian’s integrity and honesty. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any future issues or maintenance.
This following review was from a prior experience with Julian from 11 months ago - I just had a roof repair job done by Julian from Elevate Roof & Building solutions. Julian’s level of customer service was excellent, he responded promptly to my enquiry and communicated clearly about what was required after undertaking a thorough inspection and fixed the issue quickly for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use Elevate again. Definitely a 5 star service and would totally recommend to anyone.

I recently had a few leaks in my home and was concerned about the overall condition of the roof. A previous tradesman had attended to fix one of the leaks and advised that everything was fine, only for us to later discover there were still ongoing leaks.

Julian completed a very thorough inspection of my two-storey home and provided a detailed report outlining the issues and areas requiring attention. This report has been extremely helpful in providing clear information to the roofing tradesmen, ensuring the necessary repairs are completed to the roof to ensure water tight.

I highly recommend Julian for his professionalism, attention to detail, and thorough assessment.

Exceptional service from Elevate Roof & Building Solutions after winning an online competition for a complete roof inspection. Julian was understanding, professional, and extremely diligent throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain his findings and genuinely educate me as a homeowner on the condition of the roof and the best way to move forward.

The report provided was structured, clear, and concise, yet far more comprehensive than I had expected. Everything was easy to understand, with no pressure or upselling, just honest, independent, experienced, and impartial advice.

I would absolutely recommend homeowners undertake a routine inspection with Elevate Roof & Building Solutions before committing to any maintenance works. It provides real peace of mind and helps avoid being “sold the dream” with unnecessary or premature repairs. A highly valuable service to be proactive, not reactive in home maintenance.

Were very helpful & open about the work they would have to do on the roof & gave me pictures to look at & explained what the problem was. As a pensioner I cannot get on the roof myself nor could I understand by myself what the problem was. Their quote was cheaper than other companies & they were prepared to take the time to discuss everything. They are aware that many pensioners are being taken advantage of & they are honest about this. I ended up with understanding, trust & time to make sure I knew everything. I would recommend them to everyone , especially Pensioner's.

We engaged Julian to carry out insurance related roof reports to find the causation and required maintenance to rectify the issue. Reports are very detailed and easy to read, even if you're not familiar with roofing and building terminology.

I would highly recommend Elevate Roof and Building Solutions!!

As an insurance assessor with over 5 years of experience in property damage and claims management, I’ve worked with numerous contractors in the field, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with Julian from Elevate Roof and Building Solutions Pty Ltd on multiple insurance - related roofing claims, particularly following severe weather events.
Julian demonstrates a strong understanding of insurance policy conditions and the expectations of Insurers.
Communications with both clients and insurance stakeholders has been professional and transparent and explaining technical issues clearly to homeowners where required.
I have no hesitation in recommending Julian from Alivate Roof and Building as a reliable and capable roofing contractor within the insurance and private sector

Highly recommend Elevate Roof and Building Solutions. Julian was very responsive and came out on short notice to detect and fix a leak in my raked ceiling caused by the antenna installers. He took pictures and documented in detail what the issue was. Friendly service and this guy really knows his stuff.

I can’t begin to explain how happy and impressed I am with Julian, not only the work he did, but his communication and the entire process. We came across Julian by chance as he was doing some work at our neighbours house, we told him about the leak issue we were having in our front bedroom. He immediately popped over to have a look inside and then went up on the roof later on when he had some more time. He not only looked at the leak issue at the front bedroom but also spotted a few other issues with our roof, sent through photos and we had a discussion about the work needed. Impressed already as the other 2 people who came to quote wouldn’t go up on the roof and gave us a quotes based on no information and just for the spot where the leak was - Julian helping us with the front room leak, some rusting and loose flashing throughout the rest of the roof and cleaning the gutters, all while being cheaper than others quoting just for the front room leak. Knowing that we are new parents, he never pushed anything beyond the minimum to solve the issues, even when I asked what else would be the options, he quoted them and said we can always do them later on. Nevertheless the work he did was fantastic, he went above and beyond to help us solve our roof issues and there are no more leaks. Honestly, I wish Julian did more than roofs, because I’d use him for everything if I could!

First rain of the season exposed some roof damage and water leaks within our 24/7 gym. We called Elevate Roof & Building Solutions and Julian was out in 15 minutes. The source of the problem was located and Julian had it repaired LIGHTNING fast. Super stoked with the service and cannot recommend him enough for anyone who may be, or could be expecting roof damage coming into winter. Thanks Elevate!
