I work at All Strata Management and since using Julian and his team for our properties, it has made things so easy and I can’t get over how incredible their reports and assessments are. They’re so quick, efficient and the attention to detail is not something you see often in the industry these days. Even asking for their opinion on a roofing matter, is quick and detailed.

May 2026 - another very positive experience with Elevate. Julian just completed a comprehensive review and assessment of my roof/down pipes and soak wells with a thorough report showing the outcomes and priorities. Once again Julians response time was quick and the level of customer service was outstanding. He even reduced the amount on the final invoice as the job ended up being more straightforward than originally quoted  - this further demonstrates Julian’s integrity and honesty.  I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any future issues or maintenance.
This following review was from a prior experience with Julian from 11 months ago -  I just had a roof repair job done by Julian from Elevate Roof & Building solutions. Julian’s level of customer service was excellent, he responded promptly to my enquiry and communicated clearly about what was required after undertaking a thorough inspection and fixed the issue quickly for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use Elevate again. Definitely a 5 star service and would totally recommend to anyone.

I recently had a few leaks in my home and was concerned about the overall condition of the roof. A previous tradesman had attended to fix one of the leaks and advised that everything was fine, only for us to later discover there were still ongoing leaks.

Julian completed a very thorough inspection of my two-storey home and provided a detailed report outlining the issues and areas requiring attention. This report has been extremely helpful in providing clear information to the roofing tradesmen, ensuring the necessary repairs are completed to the roof to ensure water tight.

Were very helpful & open about the work they would have to do on the roof & gave me pictures to look at & explained what the problem was. As a pensioner I cannot get on the roof myself nor could I understand by myself what the problem was. Their quote was cheaper than other companies & they were prepared to take the time to discuss everything. They are aware that many pensioners are being taken advantage of & they are honest about this. I ended up with understanding, trust & time to make sure I knew everything. I would recommend them to everyone , especially Pensioner's.
