Emergency Make-Safe Across Perth
When a roof is open to weather, the first job is to stop the loss getting worse and to record exactly what was found. We do both. Trade-qualified roofers attend with the equipment to secure the property, the authority process to protect the claim, and the camera discipline to document it.

Make-safe report issued after every attendance
One call covers the whole property
Roof make-safes are attended by Elevate Roof & Building Solutions. Make-safes to the rest of the building are attended by our repair and maintenance division, Elevate Property Services Group, a registered building contractor. Call one number and we route the job. You are told which company is attending before they arrive, and each is documented and invoiced separately so the claim record stays clear.
Licensed Stormseal installer
Stormseal is a heat-shrink film applied over the damaged roof area. Once shrunk to the roof it stays in place through wind and rain until permanent repairs are made, replacing the cycle of failed tarps. Elevate Roof & Building Solutions is a licensed Stormseal installer.
Stormseal manufacturer data: protection life of up to twelve months, wind rated to 160 km/h, and conventional tarps failing an average of five times per claim. We recommend Stormseal where the roof needs to stay weathertight for weeks rather than days, and standard tarping where repairs are imminent.

What every attendance documents
A make-safe is judged twice: once by the weather that night, and again weeks later by someone reading the file. Every Elevate make-safe report contains:
- Pre-existing condition, photographed before works began
- The hazard found, described in plain terms
- Authority and cost cap: who approved what, and when
- Works completed, with during and after photographs
- Works not possible, and why
- Limitations of the temporary works
- Follow-on scope for the permanent repair
Make-safe works are temporary. They reduce immediate risk and are not a permanent repair or rectification. They may not prevent further water ingress in subsequent weather events, and concealed areas are not accessible during a make-safe attendance.
Capacity when the weather turns
During a weather event, builders and strata managers need multiple properties secured at once, each documented to the same standard. We run several crews on simultaneous deployments, triage attendances with the instructing party so the roofs open to weather are secured first, and keep documentation consistent at volume. Stormseal reduces repeat callbacks, which keeps crews on new jobs instead of re-tarping old ones. Regional Western Australia is attended by arrangement, particularly during major weather events.
Do not fill in a form with water coming in. Call, and we take the details on the phone.

Frequently Asked Questions
Strata managers, insurance builders, insurers, adjusters, property managers and owners. If a claim is involved, tell us the builder or insurer so authority is confirmed with the right party.
The address, a site contact, the hazard as you understand it, and any claim reference. Photos help but are not required.
No. Make-safe works are temporary. They reduce immediate risk and may not prevent further water ingress in later weather events. The permanent repair is scoped in the make-safe report and delivered separately.
Authority and a cost cap are confirmed with the instructing party before any non-essential work. Make-safe and any later inspection or repair are invoiced separately so the claim record stays clear.
We say so plainly, charge a reduced attendance fee, document what was found and recommend monitoring or the next step.
Yes. Glazing, doors, fencing, plumbing and internal hazards are attended by our repair and maintenance division, Elevate Property Services Group. One call, and we route the job.
