About Elevate
More than 20 years across roofing and insurance, including six years assessing claims for an insurer and delivering repairs for an insurance builder, taught me where claims go wrong: the report. Vague observations, causation stated as opinion rather than evidence, scope that does not match the damage. That gap costs insurers money, costs owners coverage and costs builders time.
Elevate exists to close it. We inspect, we document, and we write findings that hold up when they are tested. Our clients are the people who carry the consequence of a weak report: strata managers protecting common property and their own duty of care, insurance builders scoping works they have to stand behind, adjusters and insurers making coverage decisions that need to be defensible.

The Team
Elevate runs as a team. Trade-qualified inspectors and make-safe technicians work in the field, operations coordination handles scheduling, access and client contact, and report production runs through a dedicated production and quality review process, with every technical conclusion checked by a qualified inspector before a report is issued. Julian sets the technical standard and reviews every causation report personally. That structure is what makes same day delivery possible at volume, and it is why a report from Elevate reads the same way whichever inspector attended.
How We Work
Elevate Roof & Building Solutions is an assessment and reporting practice. We inspect, we report, and we perform emergency make-safe as loss mitigation. We do not quote or deliver the permanent repairs we recommend. Remedial and maintenance works are delivered separately by Elevate Property Services Group through a licensed trade network. That structure keeps our findings independent of any repair interest, and it is deliberate.
